My experience with him has been so bad that I have written letters to the CEO of state farm and filed a complaint with the WV Insurance Commission. This employee is unbelivably disrespectful, resentful, disdainful, and lazy. This office made mistakes, cancelled my homeowners insurance without my knowlefge or consent when I carry a mortgage on the property and then refused, initially, to reinstate my insurance. Its a horror show with this guy! If i could give less than 1 star i would!"

"Love Pam, she is the best agent I have ever dealt with. She is professional beyond requirement and has always done the best for my family and I. But the fact they have an employee named Devin there destroys their credibility. I don't know what kind of hiring process you have but might wanna tighten that up. Unprofessional is to good a word for this employee. My wife called about damage to our fence due to neighbors' neglectents and was promptly told there is nothing they can do. Imagine paying them and something they have insured gets damage, but they will give no assist. After he took his unprofessional tone with me to try and down talk with me as if he sits up on his high horse he found the conversation a little different. We were also informed our ductable was now 3200 but if we pay an extra 100 to 1500 extra a year it will only be a thousand. Once he finally stopped repeating himself with his childish attitude low and behold, there is something they can do. Imagine that. If you ever have the burden of this bottom of the barrel employee answering the phone. Don't waste your breath, hang up and prey you get someone with some competence. State Farm insures everything we own but yet can't be bothered to ensure something they insure gets fixed with that 3200 payment."
